The employees are always very nice and informative

Garage mechanic and manager were polite. I took my diesel Canyon in because of possible turbo noise afte a long trip,. After hours o waiting the shop explained what they found numerous things wrong. Estimated repair was $13,206.18. I went for a second opinion from another diesel shop and found that there were missing bolts on the exhaust near the turbo. The truck was epaired for under $900. The truck is running great. I would appreciate a call from the Wilcoxson son. I’m really disappointed over this matter since I bought this truck from you. Scheduled my truck to have service done, when I arrived, they were ready to go and finished the service in a timely manner. Everyone I talked to were very pleasant and happy to help.

I recently had my oil changed there they were unable to complete (what I also requested)rotation & balance of my tires because my tires were cupped & the only way to fix that was if I were to purchase a brand new set of tires through their company (Wilcoxin), then, when I went to pick my truck up they gave me a list of things needing to be done I just bought this truck less than a year ago from this company, (it said it was @ 91% when I bough it) the list she handed to me required the transmission to be serviced even though I had it done 1week ago from AAMCO she also said I needed spark plug replacement starting at $900+, A/C lines are leaking with a charge of $700+ to replace the seals , I know now if I don’t want to be taken advantage of I’ll be taking my business to Larsons from now on…. Looks like this company take advantage of people by their appearance, but what they didn’t realize is that I’m a retired mechanic for 40yrs & I’m not easily taken advantage of

Customer service WAS EXCELLENT! George was very polite and understood my automobile needs. Even while wailing in the customer service lobby- refreshments and transportation were offered.

I went in to find a fix for “service 4wd” light only to be told that I needed anew transfer case for $4500. Also the transfer case was left in 4low. In talking to a good mechanic I find that the problem is a lack of electricity power to the transfer case as the only problem. Also additional maintenance was suggested at high prices. Why are you trying to rip me off. I have bought a new pickup from you before and looking to buy another but will not from you now.

Repairs went as planned. However, the bill was much higher than quoted. There was a nebulous “shop fee” that was tacked on. I was told “we always add that”. Why was that not explained to me up front? I was led to believe that my part of the bill would be $30 or less, not the $190 that I was charged. Very disappointed!

When I picked up my Acadia after an oil change, the instrument panel in front of the steering wheel was not the same as it was when I left it. I called to see if someone could tell me how to put it back to the factory setting and JJ offered to come to my location to fix it. I was at Walmart on Pueblo Blvd. I did not want to wait there and told him I would drive back and let the him show me. I did so and the cause was a button on the steering wheel had been touched and one touch put it back. I think the tech should have been aware (Had taken a picture of both displays when he got in the car.) of what the panel showed when he started and be sure it was the same when he finished.

While pulling our 5th wheel RV, our transmission had problems that led to reduced power and stuck in 5th gear. We called Wilcoxson GMC near closing time and they said to be there first thing in the morning and they would have a technician ready to look at it. Turns out we needed a valve body replacement, which they completed and had us back on the road that same day. The service manager was very pleasant and provided us a loaner vehicle to get around in while we waited.

Samantha Ortega is the best service advisor I’ve ever had. Her kindness and professionalism was outstanding. We were on vacation when our radiator failed and she sourced a replacement and got us back on the road and saved our vacation. Dave the shuttle driver was also very accommodating. While it was an expensive repair we are so grateful for their hard work and courtesy. Truly outstanding service!

The service department charged me $470 dollars to work on my 2021 GMC Yukon Denali. I have a $250 dollar deductible on my extended warranty. The service writer told me that all I had to pay was the deductible. I told her ir it was going to be any more to let me know asap she said she would. So I said go ahead do the work. Wilcox GMC is contracted to with thee warranty company I have. The service writer call me and tells me it was done me and my wife go to pick it up and the bill is $470 dollars my share. I stated that my deductible was only $250 dollar. She replied ya the extra was for part of the master cylinder that warranty wouldn't cover. I said if anything over the deductible you where to call me. The service lighter said ya but the work is done and we can't take the parts off. It was close to 5:00PM we tried calling the warranty center they were closed.. She said pay for it or leave it. So we paid for it thinking that we could work it out with the warranty the next day. The warranty company said we paid for it the couldn't do anything. Me as a mechanic for 30 plus years though the price of a master cylinder was hight at $1600.00. I checked a couple local parts store the most expensive one was $250.00. I know they want to put on Genuine GM parts, so I call Chevy found a GM part for $1100.00. Same part number. Looked it up on line genuine GM parts sam part number for just under $900 dollers fre shipping. They charged me $220 dollars just to trap me. This right . THIS IS CRIMINAL. I will never go back and I am going to contact the better business bureau .
