Never fixed what the popping noise behind the driver side wheel well . Wilcoxson said they would fix this for me after showing the mechanic on test drive . Also they did not do the test drive themselves just to check !

I went to them with my concerns, they addressed them in detail, and that was that. No attempts to upsale or to pressure me into buying something. I couldn't afford the repairs I needed, but that's not on Wilcoxson. It doesn't really matter if I like the response or not, just as long as it's honest. And Royce and his crew are honest; I knew what had to be done, what parts had failed, and how long it might take. Dealerships may not always be affordable, but this one is always reliable and truthful, and that counts for a lot.

My shopping and purchase experience was top shelf. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and helpful in every way. They went over the features of my Canyon prior to a test drive. we agreed on the vehicle selling price, completed the paperwork quickly, filled the fuel tank up and reviewed the vehicle features again. They went above and beyond to ensure I was completely comfortable with the operation on my new GMC Canyon. They asked me to come back after a few days to review any questions that I might have. Great dealership to work with! My new Sierra is terrific. I really like it. There are a ton of creature comforts that my new sierra came with. Most importantly is the staff at Wilcoxson GMC. There are a lot of dealers to choose from to purhase a new truck. A lot of dealers play the shell game of hiding and moving figures around. I learned this a long time ago, The big print giveth and a lot of small print taketh away.The Wilcoxson staff are straight forward and honest. Their numbers to trade were true with no hidden charges or last minute ad ons. I appreciated that a lot. Richard Mariani, my sales person, was thorough in his demonstration of the truck to me before my purchase. The management team of Jason, Mike, Joe and Tom were also staightforward. Richard also set up my onstar, serious xm radio, and introduced me to the service team of Michael, Royce ad George. Great unbeatable experience. Everyone should experience why Wilcoxson has been in business since 1967. They haven't been there just because.

Garage mechanic and manager were polite. I took my diesel Canyon in because of possible turbo noise afte a long trip,. After hours o waiting the shop explained what they found numerous things wrong. Estimated repair was $13,206.18. I went for a second opinion from another diesel shop and found that there were missing bolts on the exhaust near the turbo. The truck was epaired for under $900. The truck is running great. I would appreciate a call from the Wilcoxson son. I’m really disappointed over this matter since I bought this truck from you. i had a tanneau cover nstalled on my new Sierra. The dealership ordered the cover, it came in the next day, last Wednesday. As I needed my truck, I waited until that Friday to let them install it. I feel as though my wife and I were railroaded throughout the entire process by people who only wanted to sell a car with total disregard of trying to assess my true needs and motivations. Then I was manipulated into a deal that seemed acceptable at the time but simply increased my costs while deceptively taking care of the dealerships needs. It really comes down to the initial salespersons lack of training and knowledge of product and not taking the time to address what our true needs were before sending us away in a vehicle that was less than we would find acceptable.

Repairs went as planned. However, the bill was much higher than quoted. There was a nebulous “shop fee” that was tacked on. I was told “we always add that”. Why was that not explained to me up front? I was led to believe that my part of the bill would be $30 or less, not the $190 that I was charged. Very disappointed!

I went in to find a fix for “service 4wd” light only to be told that I needed anew transfer case for $4500. Also the transfer case was left in 4low. In talking to a good mechanic I find that the problem is a lack of electricity power to the transfer case as the only problem. Also additional maintenance was suggested at high prices. Why are you trying to rip me off. I have bought a new pickup from you before and looking to buy another but will not from you now.
